An overflow block of rooms has been created at the Westin Hapuna Beach Resort approximately 16 minutes from the Hilton Waikoloa Resort. the Hilton. A two-night deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellation is 14 days prior to arrival to receive a refund of the deposit. Discounted Room Rates will be available to all meeting attendees on a first come first served basis. There will not be a shuttle provided to the Hilton Waikoloa.
A 2-night deposit will be taken to secure reservation at time of booking. All changes or cancellations must be made 14 days in advance, or the 2-night penalty will be charged. Early check outs will be charged a 1 night penalty.

The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort is on the "Big Island" Hawaii. We recommend flying into Kona International Airport which is a 20-minute car ride away.
