|Integra: Hands-on Cadaver Workshop
Surgery for Restoration of Function after Complex Nerve and Tendon Injuries
No two cases of tendon and nerve injury are the same. Delay in treatment, tissue loss with gap, and complex injuries with trauma to multiple tissue systems require innovative techniques based on sound surgical principles.
During this workshop experienced faculty will present real case scenarios and facilitate an interactive discussion with participants. Surgical techniques of tendon grafting, pulley reconstruction, nerve cable grafting and common tendon transfers will be demonstrated and practiced on cadaveric specimens.
